DAYTON, Ohio (November 2006) As part of its ongoing strategy to deliver high-end solutions for expanding customers needs, Fleet Graphics Inc. has ramped up to integrate the newest in digital print technology into its network of capabilities. The addition of the new Xerox DocuColor 240 to Fleet's operations is scheduled to be completed early in December 2006.

Available only to professional printers, this new and enhanced technology eliminates the troublesome toner image of the digital past, delivering instead a highly consistent, rich look and feel enhanced by brilliant colors and solid, picture-perfect results. Plus, its 2400 x 2400 dpi output provides for excellent fine line reproduction, outstanding shadow detail, smooth color transitions, and razor sharp images.

Designed to perform, the DocuColor's high-speed capacity means a quicker turn-around of jobs, while its ability to accommodate 13" x 19" sheets allows for larger pieces and more area for bleeds. In addition, Xerox has provided an increased capability to handle heavier card stocks and textured stocks with ease, as well as added an unmatched "finishing" touch.

This new equipment sports a professional finisher, complete with stapling, hole punching, V-folding and saddle-stitching - a veritable self-contained bindery department wrapped into one exceptional unit that creates high-end booklets, brochures, presentations, annual reports, and many other printed materials in one single, smooth process.

Ushering in a new age of power and performance, the DocuColor 240/250 is strong on features that will accommodate a multitude of printing needs in the Dayton market. As final preparation and installation is now underway, this advanced digital printer will soon be fully integrated into Fleet's advanced workflow system, color-calibrated and seamlessly working with the multitude of technologies so well known to the Fleet Graphics name.
